Tina Dillon

As a career Real Estate agent with 30+ years’ experience, I am a certified, and multiple award-winning, real estate specialist, who knows the business inside and out. I specialize in the marketing of single family homes, condos/townhouses, lots/land, multi family and investment properties, tax-deferred exchanges, commercial real estate and vacation properties in and around Ellicottville and the Southern Tier. Adding a personal touch to your experience and making it enjoyable rather than unpleasant is my goal. My personal motto in life is “to give back to the community.” Professionally, I am a NYS Licensed Sales Associate of Real Estate. I volunteer for numerous functions, causes and activities in Ellicottville and surrounding areas of Western New York and the Southern Tier. I have been serving my community for over 30+ years. I continually try to assist local families by delivering food and/or furniture to people in need. I am a long-time contributor to various charities such as The American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Special Olympics, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Shea’s Performing Arts, Make-A-Wish, Miracle Flight for Kids, St. Jude’s Children’s Research, WNED, Muscular Sclerosis, Hospice, Humane Society, Alzheimer’s Association, National Federation of the Blind, ASPCA, Buffalo City Mission, Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation and HoliMont Phoenix Adaptive Ski Program. When you hire me as your Realtor, I take that trust very seriously. Just as I protect my family, I make sure that your interests are best represented at all times. In my “spare” time, I enjoy walking, gardening, and traveling. I am also blessed with two beautiful grandchildren that I love to spend time with. My family and friends are my pride and joy. I have been blessed with my professional success and I look forward to Turning Your Dreams into Your Next Address. #theworkingrealtor
